Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the hair upon receipt, you may exchange it within seven (7) days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the hair must be unworn and in its original condition. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for closures, frontals, bundles, or wigs. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with exchanges.

Before returning any product, you must contact us to initiate the exchange process. Items sent without prior contact will not be eligible for exchange. Exchanges are processed by mail only.
